Did not receive Cruel Ascendancy points

I am currently standing in the Cruel Ascendency with the exact same bug. How do I take a pic of a bug that cannot be seen?? I completed it, I beat the boss, I got my keys, I added the skull to a set of gloves, I went to click on the trial plaque... and it opens up to my skills chart. There are no new points and nothing new to be seen. I have clicked everything in the entire room at this point (numerous times) to no avail.
I can take a screen shot of my standing here in the room next to the portal to town (since that is open), and of my skill tree with 2 points and no new ones, but the only way to confirm this bug is to look in my account and see that I have 2 ascendency points versus the 4 I should otherwise have. If I should be reporting this elsewhere, please let me know? I am still reasonably new to the game and haven't reported any of my bugs before now. Thank you for any assistance. |

" public your character profile. ascendency point are one time. Every character have 2 points each for 4 labs = 8 points in total . Also press F8. we will read the top right corner that show area level. Okay, I have screenshots now but I am unsure where to send them to.
I am embarrassed to admit that I don't know how to make my character profile public. I have it open, I just do not know what I should be clicking on (I didn't even know I had a profile, to be honest). Also, thank you for your help, it is much appreciated. |

I am checking to make sure the person I went in with didn't click the wrong trial. It would explain why I am having this issue.
I am now thinking he might have. If that is the case, I appreciate your help even more - I wouldn't have known to check for that. Thank you @Neohongkong. |
