need help with virulence stack

Im having trouble stacking virulence on single target. im using storm brand golden rule, poison gems with 2-3 flat chaos damage, and runebinder but yet im still can't sustain virulence on single target. Did i miss anything. thanks

poison lvl 8 60%
herald agony 20%

Just to confirm, we're talking about your 52 Jugg with a lvl 1 Stormbrand?

Yes, you have 100% chance to poison with it, except that it takes phys or chaos damage to be able to poison at all, and SB is a lightning skill.

Ok...missed the +1 to 3 chaos on the lesser poison, but with damage effectiveness that is giving you 0 to 1 chaos damage on your SB hits. So it looks like a lot of your hits are not poisoning. But even if they were, I'm not sure how you would manage to kill anything with this build.
