Path of Exile 1 Gameplay Help and Discussion - Life modifiers have 8% increased effect - Forum

Hi, I have a question about "Life modifiers have 8% increased effect" enchant on a body armor and crafting. How does it play with this veiled craft? " (5–8)% increased maximum Life (5–8)% increased maximum Mana Is it possible to get 9%? 8% out of 8 is 0.64 so would it be rounded to 9% as the result? But I can't find any body armor on sale with 9%, which is why I'm wondering how this works. It's not easy to add images, so these are the filters I tried: Enchant: Life Modifiers have #% increased Effect, min 8, max 8 Crafted: #% increased maximum Life, min: 9 And there are no results.
