Unlocking Heist characters

Hi everyone,

Since the last patch I've been getting a bit more into heist, but I kin figure out why I won't unlock all of my rogues.

Starting to wonder if somehow I got locked into some game-state or something.

I currently have 6 rogues unlocked (with the following levels in their respective skills):

Karst (level 4, 2 and 2 )
Tibbs (level 4 and 2)
Tullina (level 5, 2 and 2)
Nenet (Level 4 and 3)
Huck (Level 1, 2, 1 and 2
Isla (level 5 and 2)

I have tried missions with each rogue, and all rogues have at least some experience into each of their roles. I read that you should just do a level 1 mission with the latest character that you unlocked, but that doesn't seem to help.

I initially thought I would get character-bound contracts to unlock the next character, but they don't seem to drop either.

Am I just really unlucky in my drops, or is there something that I'm overlooking?

Okay, so literally the first run I did now brought along Niles, so I guess the problem's solved for now.

I took Huck to be able to gear him for the challenge, I really don't know what triggered him bringing Niles along though..
