How to Offer Chaos for Rogue's Markers

POE.TRADE seems completely devoid of Rogue's Markers on their Bulk Currency Exchange Site. So I can't make offers for them like I normally would.
The GGG Trade site has them listed under bulk, but there is no drop down in the tabs to offer Chaos for them. I'm confused as to how to do this. Can anyone provide guidance? Last bumped on Oct 6, 2020, 12:11:32 PM
