Cannot Refund Death Attunement after equipping annointing Amulet [Solved]

Playing a witch subclass necromancer. Bug Report #3,646,121,484.
Allocated passives to reach Death Attunement playing a Spectres build. Annointed an amulet to allocate Death Attunement, equipped it, attempted to refund the passive. Unable to, so unequipped the amulet. Now entirely unable to refund death attunement or other preceding passives. This is the case will all gear on/off, including the annointed amulet. Have unequipped every gem, and bought new, different spectres/zombies/skeletons gems and raised just a few of each so I'm not over cap. Have exited the game and rebooted between most of these steps, notably the removal of all gear after resummoning less than cap of minions on new gems as most recent summons. Pls help. :) Thanks! Also , you have to unallocted the small passive that connet to the notable

I cannot refund even the passive below Death Attunement, that provides minion damage and life leech. " I'm pretty sure I tried this, but will try again. Yeah, I can't refund either Death Attunement or it's adjacent passive without any gear on, or with JUST the amulet on. I'm properly refunding, I can refund other passives without committing.
