What is the magnitude of sap/brittle/scorch caused by the new experimented shields?

I don't have that base in hand, but pretty sure GGG changed the wording of passive to affect alt ailment instead of the shock/freeze/chill etc only

Wasted some time on a fruitless research. Also have the bases but it doesn't help at the slightest.

Basically there's no way to tell if the value on experimented shields is scalable or not, and if it obeys the basic rules or is a kind of unique counter attack on its own.

There's no reliable information on the internet, no tooltip or description in the character screen, value in advanced description doesn't change by added skill points in increased effect of non-damaging ailments (which still means nothing certain).

You should at least be able to empirically check scorch through pvp testing.

Well the help text did shown an alternative default value (otherwise it cannot scale with blocked damage)


edit: and the basetype is price fixed in standard (or whatever the demand supply problem)....
