Complete Heist Quests won't drop quests anymore

As the title suggests, I'm currently at 12/15 for the "Complete Heist Quests" challenge. The smuggler's cache isn't dropping any more of the quest contracts. My best guess is that when I was in my friend's quest contract instance when it was being complete, it alerted me that I have "failed" (Due to not interacting or having the item or for whatever reason I suppose) but the system believes that I have still "completed" the said contracts and it's not in the drop pool anymore.

Edit: I got "Mundane Sample" Today. Now 13/15. I think the drop rate is just broken

I'm having the same problem. Ran 40+ maps yesterday and had ZERO smugglers cache show up. Also I have had ZERO 'mansion' contracts or grand heists, I have 20 or so of all the others, maybe there is a requirement for them to drop but I have checked online and nobody seems to be mentioning anything about it. I have not failed any of the quest line contracts so I can't see that being the cause.

I would like to get the challenge done, so PLEASE when you do the patch tomorrow throw in a few more cache's it's not like they are OP or game breaking.

have 10/15 also at level 97

"The Finest Costumes" and "A Mundane Sample" missing...

Bump I've ran multiple T13-16 Maps, and have delved a bit as well. Still Need the Contract: The Finest Costumes to drop.


GGG Please for the love of God make it so people can actually complete their challenges. I may have gotten this one I need now earlier, and failed to complete it due to 1-shot death before all the patches rolled in to fix various issues. If so, could you please reset that particular contract or something so the dang Contract can drop from a smuggler's Cache?
