l got ban bc Third party software l didnt use : bot flask macro logout macro etc just used : Awakened Poe Trade MercuryTrade l wrote to support but just auto reply email.no answer and there is so many players also got ban l read so many ban story some of them waited 10 day 8 day no answer some of them unban bc mistake from ggg its looking ggg never care players and will not in future WE DONT KNOW WHY WHİCH PROGRAM MADE BAN REASON MY TRUST DESTROYED TO THAT COMPANY WİTH THAT BAN l am happy l didnt buy more supporter pack or mtx bc that ban also will delete them too HOW PEOPLE WİLL TRUST AND BUY SUPPORTER PACKS OR SOME MTX AGAİN ??? " but you did have use 3 party programs that can have functions in them that can result in a BAN. And you have to understand this. The process for appealing a ban, is you e-mail GGG support about it, they then reply to you that your "ticket" has be forwarded to the correct department. BAN appeals is handle by another department inside GGG and support are not allowed to comment about it. The wait time for this process is 14+ days at the moment, so you will have to wait until you get your reply. |

I'm on the same boat. I used Awakened aswell. My appeal was already dismissed, perma banned, yey.
Nevertheless good luck that your ban is getting removed. |

At the moment I thing automated trade messages like "Being in a map/lab/encouter whatever, contact you afterwards" and "ty" messages after trading is what they actively looking for. Maybe additional the time played I dunno. But since I play the game on a server machine I'm logged in 24/7, bet they do not take that into account. However tools like Mercury or Awakened are never 100% safe like a lot of people mention that here. However they should just ban everyone using it IMO

Lots of reported bans from people using trade macros. I recommend stopping every single one. The more I look into their macro policy, the more I realize almost everything in them is a violation, and they are just now coding their algorithms to pick it up.
if You click on something in game and get a price check via xyz, the tool just interacted with the server to know what you clicked on = violation. I have yet to find a /reply command, so reply macros are probably a violation. |
