It's true, you do lose the cast speed, but Trickster gets cast speed from the ascendency and I think it feels fine.

It'a largely personal preference either way right? Even though my recharge is pretty fast, I hated the times I would cast too quickly. I haven't had a single "I'm out of mana" since I swapped to Anom GMP.

Another option I saw is Anom combustion, as it gives Ignites from Supported Skills deal Damage 5% faster.

How good is this build against bosses?
Playing this on SSF currently and having a bläst. Still need to 6L my Searing Touch (2000 fuses in :(), but crafted this before going to bed:

crazy how different the "same" builds can be, as im also doing fireball/flame wall but vastly different from this.

however this looks like i'd be more similar to what i'd plan for a burning arrow version.

anyone have any ideas how burning arrow compares to fireball with the flame wall thrown into the mix?

Playing this in SSF, currently lvl 90 and haven't got my searing touch. Got any tips on farming that? Also, Im having a hard time surviving early red maps. I'm like not invested in HP enough, and same for Energy Shield...
The build has a pretty high boss damage. Like 2-4 million ignite/burn dps, so it's pretty good for bossing

I wouldn't personally play the build on ssf without searing touch. I think it's a T1 rare and hence it's quite rare without having a divination card too!

Edit your filter and add Lathi to your chance pool and keep carrying a stack of chance orbs in your inventory.

You can try to craft some scepters with scorched fossils / alteration. Remember if you have added fire damage to spells on your scepter that you should use a lightning golem in your EE ring, because that doesn't get added fire :)
You can craft some easy low lvl scepter (lvl 4) for +1 fire gems / +14-18% fire dot multi and bench crafted increased fire damage.
Or you can alteration roll a high level staff for T1-T3 increased fire / +2/3 fire gems or spell gems and high fire dot multi.. Then you can multimod the rest from your crafting bench (like 40% increased fire damage over time multiplier and I think it's almost 100% increased fire damage / chance to ignite)

About burning arrow. I have no idea, I never played it and I have no idea how to scale it... I guess if flame wall and burning arrow have some similar ways of scaling it can be done? You don't need cast speed for flame wall! I'm a bit unsure about the weapon.

I used Ancient Orbs to get it. Tried to farm The Tower card but the drop rate is ridiculously bad.

Surviving was never really an issue for me, Ghost Shrouds are really good. Just launch your Fireballs in a general direction and flame dash there and you should be safe honestly. I'm still quite invested in HP tho since I don't have a second Large Cluster with Fire Damage yet (well I got one with 12 passives...)
Hey and thanks for the build and guide! I sold most of my gear that I had for my Vortex/CS build. I really love this Ignite build and its so satisfying as well to play :D

But im quite squishy for some reason. I have killed Elder, Uber Elder, Cortex and A8 sirus with this build but I die in maps quite often, Dont know if it happes to anyone else quite often.
Im used to play tanky builds with way less dmg and done all content with them but I want to start doing Higher damage and faster clear builds like this but still good at bosses.
This build is really good for both maps, bosses and heists which is amazing but I still rip in every other map..

Is there anything I could improve or am I just bad at dodging?
My gear is great + the right clusters.

Im going to keep playing this build becouse its soo satisfying and new to me but is there anything I really could do to get less deaths and get couple more levels?
Im 95 atm.

If you can get ailment immunity it realy helps. I dont know how much % you have right now though, but try to focus on getting it.


It realy boosted my survivabillity getting a jade flask with almost 100% increased evasion rating. It took my chance to evade to about 50% and i heal so much from my ghost shrouds.

Otherwise you can buy a immune to bleed watchers eye and thus free a flask suffix for % Evasion.
