Can not leech Energy Shield with Vitality and Ghost Reaver

Hi Grinding Gear Game Team, I am a POE player from China. Here i want to report a game bug in POE.
My character got a Watcher's Eye which says "(0.8-1.2)% of Damage leeched as Life while affected by Vitality". While i also got "Ghost Reaver" passive skill, which states: "Leech Energy Shield instead of Life, Maximum total Recovery per second from Energy Shield Leech is doubled, 50% less Energy Shield Recharge Rate" The problem is I can not gain any energy shield leech when i am dealing damage with Ethereal Knives. I wonder whether there is a bug? Last bumped on Oct 1, 2020, 5:57:50 AM
