Piety's Pets

Piety's Pets in ACT 3 is my last required quest I have right now. I have been stuck on it for a couple of hours not being able to find Piety. I've searched all of Lunaris Temple, unable to find the portal everyone is telling me about. Is there something not shown that I need to do, or am I glitching?

its in level 2 of the temple...if you explore the whole thing you will eventually find it
