Replica Mistwall not giving 75% spell block

I bought a normal version after noticing the char sheet doesn't show the 75% spell block if haven't blocked recently. Hanging in hideout is definitely more than recently as I know it (4 seconds)!

Regular version shows char sheet correctly at 75% attack block.

Do you have Acrobatics?

The replica version doesn't set your spell block to a specific value.

I do and that seems to be what's going on.

However it literally does set it to a specific value.. 75% ...? I just didn't realise it would then be negated by passives. I mean wouldn't Mistwall do the same thing if that was the case? Max is whatever the max is.. 75% might not be max but they're using similar language. It is something if the condition is met?

Disappointing.
