Dash / Smoke mine.

Dash, and smoke bomb.. Both randomly just stop working. ( no it's not my keyboard ) Also there's a shader issue when you open delirium's and dash, it's like you are closing your eyes, the entire screen goes black, and it's very unpleasant..
