Discharge helmet enchant (+5 to radius) not working

Perhaps I am wrong but i can't see any difference in area of effect of discharge with helmet (+5 radius enchant) and without.
I tried testing it with 7 end. charges, 3 frenzy, 5 power charges (300% inc aoe with 5 extra radius should be noticeable) also variant with just one endurance charge and i wasnt able to see any impact of helmet enchant on aoe. Last bumped on Nov 10, 2020, 1:37:45 AM
