Bone Offering and Mistress of Sacrifice

The default gem quality on Bone Offering is now "Grants Minions +#% increased Cast Speed", but this doesn't seem to be working; at least not when also using Mistress of Sacrifice on the Witch's Necromancer Ascendancy. I'm not entirely sure what the bug is, as it depends whether the quality of Bone Offering is erroneous and should be "Skill Effect Duration" like it always has been, so the bug is either:

1) The quality should read as "skill effect duration" not "cast speed".
2) The cast speed as quality is correct, but isn't working.

In both cases - whether the gem's quality should be Skill Effect Duration or Minion Cast Speed - neither of these bonuses are being applied to the caster when using Mistress of Sacrifice, or at least, they are not affecting the players' stats in the Offence/Defence window.

This was tested standing in my hideout by putting corpses down from Desecrate, and consuming them with Bone Offering and watching my stats in the character information window.

I've tested this, and 20% Bone Offering doesn't give me any extra cast speed other than Corpse Pact's bonus per recently consumed corpse.

It also doesn't have any extra duration compared to a 0% offering.

This is a bug.

actually the stat id of that quality effect is

"cast_speed_+%_granted_from_skill"

It is working or not is another issue.

Since the nerf on the passive skill as well as tool tip never reliable , you really need to setup experiment to test without offering, (or without the passive) you cast speed is X but with offering buff on you, the cast speed is still X instead of Y to prove it.

This stat "cast_speed_+%_granted_from_skill" doesn't work for Bone Offering in PoB and in game.
But stat from Divergent Flesh Offering (attack_speed_+%_granted_from_skill) affects both character and minions in game.
