Suggestion/feedback - Allow us to invite Adiyah and Faustus to our hideout

Lots of player get crashes or disconnects trying to join the Rogue Harbour. Simple fix that will alow to run heists from our hideouts. To compensate for that you can even apply a 10-15% cut from all heist rewards for running heists from our hideout, fitting the lore while also helping those who have problems or simply dont want to mingle in public places
