Victario's Influence Increased Mana modifier not working

Hi,
The "Socketed Gems have 30% Reduced Mana Reserved" on victario's influence has mana tag and shows "6% increased" on it but value is still 30% regardless even tho 30 * 1.06 = 31.8% meaning it should be 31%   Last edited by _Nuk#4437 on Sep 24, 2020, 12:18:08 AM Last bumped on Sep 24, 2020, 8:33:16 PM
