The 'Boss' in Heist

...I've taken some time to read on what the rogue's thoughts on the boss were. Not too much was stated indeed; however--- Is it just me, or doesn't the boss sound like... well..

...Chris?

Anyone seen him in game or anything yet? (The boss, not Chris. I mean, he is already Krillson right xD ?)

The full league hasn't been released yet. The boss isn't in the game

I noticed that from time to time a random known NPC like Alva, Cassia, etc appears in Harbour. You can't interact with it. Every time it's a different NPC and in different positions.

Yeah xD My fave is when Lily Rothman is there too. Makes a ton of sense of why she'd be there being a pirate and all

If she's not singing, it can't be Cassia.

I'm pretty sure I've seen Hargan and Guff just now though.

I finally got to see It that Fled in the harbor.
Never noticed the fact it has velociraptor feet.

Would have been useful if Immortal Syndicate members which are not on the board are happily living here. Makes sense (they want to "stay alive", but since they are literally undead and coming from a not-so-lawful-abiding mindset, The Ring should be a good place where to be for them) and it's useful but not gamebreaking

Does anybody have screenshots? (not to prove, just for entertainment)

I like all of these hints from the rouge's regarding who the "boss" is. And I like how they don't really tell us anything, yet something. All we really know, is that he is bald?

Anyhow, I will probably be a little bit disappointed if we don't get to encounter him, or if turns out to be someone we do not know of from before. They can't be this vague about a character we haven't met before.
