Reading this topic only one thing comes to my mind:

Thanks for wasting my time using this gem and expecting something.

I have to chime in here and say I was really disappointed by this as well. I thought this alt qual IIR would be a means for me to engage more with the Heist content. I was lucky and got it in one of my first grand heists and was super excited. However now, I do kind of feel scammed. I would think every/any gem quality bonus should have some tangible effect on gameplay and not just a visual effect.

If this is one of those 'scope creep' situations Chris alluded to in his post about GGGs previous dev process, I guess I can understand. But this one felt bad to me.
