I have also had the same issue. Killed thousands of enemies at this point, of each rarity. Gem hasn't done anything once.

Same problem, glacial cascade mines, linked with anomalous item rarity, nothing happens.

not entirely sure but my gem is lvl 12/20 now and i havent seen a single explo sofar, i leveld it by doing very low lvl (60-70) heists or t1-5 maps only just for the farm and havent seen the proc once yet, either its another *fishing* kew meme or it is bugged

It's Rogue Markers. Basically it's 2% chance to get a stack (39-45) of Markers on kill.

so you saying i sacrifice 10% rarity for 2% more markers? thats not realy a fair trade id say ( yes you can use it in lower tier maps with any character to farm stuff there and still be decently fast)
