Cannot unlock last 3 Heist Members

I was trying to get Vinderi by running many Deception contracts with Niles, but it doesn't seem to work. However, when I run the first Counter-Thaumaturgy contract with Niles, Vinderi appears.

I also completed Niles' "quest" Rational Tools before Vinderi appears.

I think the type of job also matters.

I was only missing Nenet. I checked the ally inventory and the only combo I hadn't done was trap disarmament with Tullina. So I did that and got Nenet immediately.

So if you're missing a rogue, check which combo of skill + rogue you haven't done yet!

Just did a contract with Niles right after i unlocked him and its unlocked Vinderi (was also in laboratory)

confirmed, worked!

The player first starts with Tibbs, Karst, and Isla. The rest of the members are acquired over time, where your fellow Rogue will bring in a new member during a Heist.

Each rogue will have a designated damage type, use suitable gears with the same damage type to boost their Damage.

Order to unlock new rogues by running contracts with respective starting rogues below

Tibbs, the Giant->Tullina, the Catburglar->Nenet, the Scout

Karst, the Lockpick->Huck, the Soldier->Niles, the Interrogator->Vinderi, the Dismantler->Gianna, the Master of Disguise

Isla, the Engineer is the only starting rogue who will not unlock any new Rogue if you keep running contracts with her.

Just to add-on on what I observed and experienced.

Tried to do Huck with demolition, 2 times still nothing.

then tried to do engineering with huck, niles appeared.

then I remembered I already did huck with brute force and lockpicking.

I'm guessing to unlock niles, huck must perform all his skills. lockpicking, demolition, engineering and brute force.

I pretty much use Huck exclusively, he is 2-2-3-3, so just did Laboratory with Huck on Engineering, then Demolition and still no Niles.

Don't think it is Huck that unlock Niles

Try use all your other NPC and unlock their skill to lv 2 (all lv2)

I just read this and ran a Lab with Huck and instantly unlocked Niles! Thank you so much!

Done Huck with lockpicking, another confirm that Niles appeared
