Cant delete quest items for failed contracts

If you fail a contract with a quest item you cant get rid of the quest item and no longer have the contract to complete. It is stuck in your inventory. /Destroy does not work.

Hey, you can go into a map and drop the item. You'll eventually get the quest item again.

But yeah. You can drop the quest contract and reacquire. But what i read, you cannot reacquire quest item for some quest contract, so that your quest will forever bugged. I.e. I can't get "the kiss goodbye" anymore. I don't recommend dropping heist quest items unless you want to get stuck

This bug is affecting me as well. "The Kiss Goodnight" is stuck in my inventory, taking up a spot. There's no indication that I'll be able to attempt the quest contract again.
