Heist Failure - Quest Item not destroyed and stuck in inventory

Self-explanatory from the subject I suppose.

I failed a Heist quest contract that gives a quest item (Admiral Darnaw's Paper), and it is now stuck in my inventory.

System does not allow it to be drop/destroy, because it's a quest item

To replicate,
1. fight mobs and get a quest contract (that gives a quest item)
2. travel to rogue harbor and talk to the NPC & get the quest item
3. fail your heist quest
4. viola, you are now stuck with the quest item & have 1 wasted inventory space

Don't think this is a complicate bug... Not sure if it only happens to this quest Heist contract only or not.

Seconding this. Failed the exact same heist and have these Papers stuck in my inventory now as well...

EDIT: I was able to drop this item inside a heist. However, it was one of those "green" plot-driven heists and I'm unsure if that matters (given that the stuck item came from the same type of heist)
