Can't access rogue harbour

So I made a marauder, got the stash and started the quest in rogue harbor.
I then made a witch, deleted my marauder, and it still shows the quest to talk to Adiyah, but the NPC is not in lions eye watch for this character. Last bumped on Sep 20, 2020, 2:10:36 AM
