Can't Store Contract In Heist Locker or Stash

I've got a Level 30 Contract: Finding Opal.

But I can only store it in my Inventory or Adiyah when I click Prepare Heist.

Any attempts to store it in my Stash or the Heist Locker do not work.

Thank you.

I find this league to be the most frustrating to play it's mechanics. (I know quest object mechanics, but I'm not expecting Contracts (league mechanic) to have it.

I don't recall other Leagues doing this outside of the intro quests.
I agree. This is bogus. Why not be able to store the contract like any other. I just wasted 15-20 mins time, because there was no in game explanation, to find that for some reason 'quest' contracts can't be stored anywhere.

None of the green quest object can be stored and the first quest of the game in act 1 is dealing with quest object....

The issue I have with these Quest Contracts, is they take up space and it breaks the flow of the game.

Typically I finish quest with quest objects quickly because they suck up inventory space. These quests have, historically, been part of the story line and you know when they are coming, and plan accordingly.

With these Contract quests, they pop up at anytime and you could already have a quest object (or two) in your inventory. You can't plan ahead for them because they just appear. It breaks the flow of the game when you are doing the story line, especially if you've already gotten a quest item from another quest.

Quest items should just get their own inventory.
