Curse and Hexblast issues

I'm experiencing all of the issues mentioned in OP, as well as a few extra.

#1: As mentioned, hexblast still does disproportional little damage to bosses, > 5 min to kill awakener lvl 2 Drox with a 5L and fairly optimized build really make it seem like something isn't working properly.
Is the boss less curse effectiveness applying to doom amount gain or something? That would account for at least 300% dmg missing...

#2: If curse limit is larger than number of applied curses, curses are not being overwritten, making it impossible to clear with only impending doom and a self-cast curse unless I socket 1 curse more than I should be able to apply.

#3: If one of the triggered curses is a mark (assasins mark in this case), vixens sometimes doesn't apply all curses properly?
I should be able to apply a total of 4 curses, and have temp chains as a 5th curse slotted in for when I get that +1 curse roll on chest. But sometimes I see all 5 icons above the monster (for > 1 sec), and sometimes I only get 2?

#4: Even with Profane Bloom, there are _still_ some monsters that are completely immune to curses, although it is way less consistent now.

EDIT: Profane bloom allows hexes to apply to hexproof monstemonsters, not malediction.
I can see that the hexproof and icon stuff is among the known bugs, but the hexblast damage against bosses really need to be investigated, there is definetly something wrong there.

EDIT: I realize that around tier 11+ is where most players hit the brick wall of needing to upgrade gear, so I went back and tested again after a few exalts worth of upgrades against a tier 12 white malformation. There is still a unreasonable dmg disparity when fighting bosses.
In PoB I have ~500k dmg on an average, fully doom-stacked hit against Sirus, with all buffs and curses active. For standard bosses PoB lists the equivalent dmg around 700k dmg average hit.
PoEdb lists the Malformation boss as having 33% curse resistance, and 40% cold res, eg. a standard boss.
So even if we assume I didn't wait enough to stack up doom fully, and wasn't close enough for Void beacon, my wither totem wasn't working, and for some reason no curses other than the doom-stacked one was working.
That would bring my average hit down to only ~430k. This time it only took me rougly 25-30 hits, after waiting ~2 sec between cursing and hitting with hexblast each time. If damage calculations in PoB are in any way to be trusted, that would place the Malformation boss with roughly 10-12 Mil EHp, which can't be right?

To elaborate on this, There are targets that have been historically immune to curses, that we were led to believe by a GGG post leading up to Heist that said immunity was goign to go away on at least some of these targets. This doesn't appear to have been changed at all.
Bumping to hopefully get curses fixed.
Bumping again in hopes of at least getting a statement from GGG regaring whether or not they have even looked at this.
