Heist vault door not opening after clicking icon

Ran my first grand heist. I reached the vault door, clicked the icon for the npc interaction (Karst). The icon disappeared (still on the minimap though), but the door didn't open.

I am also experiencing this bug, only had it in grand heists so far.

Same issue here, also with Karst. (Used the shortcut key)

Same issue in both wings of a Grand Heist.
We had Karst in the party too, but I think more interesting is that in all of the screenshots you guys have linked the last vault door was labeled as engineering. We didn't have an engineer on the team so this may be the actual issue.  |
