I managed to fix it for ME it MIGHT work for you too:
1. i downloaded the nVidia VULCAN drivers:
https://developer.nvidia.com/vulkan-driver
2. INGAME you set Graphic -> Render -> to VULCAN (beta)
Game looks crispy agayne! (=
PS: i uninstalled the whole game before and no results. but after i installed the VULCAN driver and set the ingame render to VULCAN it worked fine.
i got:
Windows 7, 64bit
nVidia GeForce GTX 1080
