get some amulet with dex. Abyssus with Loreweave will give +50 more.
No overcoming of attack speed aside from blood rage and attack speed on jewels and tree

Base character dex is really low from the tree (73) - at least where I'm at currently. Slitherpinch gloves make the skills usable at my level but I need a significant bump elsewhere to continue to level gems.

Should I have waited to level Precision, Blood Rage and other gems? Don't want to waste currency reducing their levels, or buying more at this point.

In my opinion it is not the difficult to get stats, at least until you can comfortably clear Tier 16s where you'll start minimaxing.
Your amulet in my opinion should be a mandatory +#Dex and Int implicit with +#All Attributes.
After that get an "Of the Wind" dex roll on your ring, should be pretty affordable and this build doesn't care about your ele resistances anyways, you easily cap them when you are +7 endurance charges, so no need for a tri or even dual res ring.

Anyone have the weird bug where if the enemy is right in front of you your ES does 0 damage to them?

Is the additional curse on armor still available from a veil mod or is it taken out of the game?

Was able to roll the Vulnerability 44% on the gloves first try. Im using the Abyssus helmet but feel like the added physical damage taken kinda screws me at times. Any recommendations for other helms?
