Concerning custom resolutions.

Hello!

I had an unfortunate mishap this morning as my graphics card gave up, and I'll have to rely on my Intel Graphics 2k for a few months for now.

I've got a question about the custom resolutions you can force by messing with the production_config file. What are the width and height parameters you can use? I want, for simplicity's sake use 960x540 to make it a perfect 50% scale of my screen's native 1080p, however when I do that the client gives me 1024x576 in-game, which is an odd resolution in and of itself (albeit it perfect 16:9 scale).

The real question is, the fact that the game forces 1024x576 and not the 960x540 I want - does this have to do with the game or is it something concerning Intel Graphics 2k software/drivers?

Thankful in advance for answers :)

EDIT:
With some further testing, I found that using 960x480, 480x270, 640x360 - these all worked in windowed mode, as long as the window was untouched. As soon as I drag the windows in any direction, it snaps to 800x600. These resolutions do work till you move the window, confirmed by looking at the options menu in-game before moving the window around.

If it's of any use, I run a simple Intel 2500 CPU with the latest 14.xxx...xxx drivers.

I know this is a 3 year old post, but I'm still gonna reply since I found out the solution.

In order for 960x540 to work full screen, you'll have to create a custom resolution using Intel HD Graphics Control Panel first. Then modify the resolution using production_config.ini. It'll then work perfectly - with full screen stretch and all that.
