PoB support

It's a great app, but I was complaining about its lack of features, and my friend told me it's only 1 guy, and he's making <$500 a month from patreon, which seems like a pittance for how much use it gets. Are there any other similar apps in development? Or if we all support this person with more money, do you think they'll spend more time on it?

yea, it isnt that he needs funding to work on PoB. it's that he's too busy actually being employed by GGG.

there is a crowd-sourced 'fork' of PoB that some other people have been updating. im not sure how to find it (because i havent bothered with PoB in a while)

Local Identity (PoB Fork). Follow the installation instructions closely as you need to slightly alter the PoB files so that the fork can properly update the program. Quite frankly I wouldn’t even bother with PoB anymore without the fork since it is so heavily outdated. All you have to do is see how much the fork is providing. The fork is certainly the only reason PoB will survive the implementation of PoE 2.

It looks like Loval Identity changed installation, technically they changed the name too and it’s no longer a local Identity. Now you just scroll down to releases and download the install wizard. That is much simpler than replacing and editing files yourself.
