Gain % of Physical Attack Damage as Extra Fire Damage

does Gain (30-40)% of Physical Attack Damage as Extra Fire Damage apply to spells?

if yes,

if you dual wield Nebuloch do you get this bonus for each of your weapons?

So if fireball did 100 damage on base, you would get 40% twice of each weapon?

So, if base weapon damage was 100, you would deal (100 * .4) * 2 + the base of fireball which is 100

((100 * .4) * 2) + 100 = 180

?

you didnt read nebuloch correctly.

Gain (30-40)% of Physical Attack Damage as Extra Fire Damage

fireball is not an attack, it is a spell. the extra damage that nebuloch provides will only be for attacks.

now, there ARE items that work for spells like this.

this dagger says nothing about 'attack' damage. so the 38% of phys as extra lightning WILL apply to spells.

HOWEVER, the spell has to do phys damage in the first place.
Fireball does all fire damage. there is no phys damage to gain as extra. You could use a physical damage spell (blade vortex is what that character used), or find sources of flat added phys damage to spells, if you wanted extra damage.
Perfect thank you.
To answer the other part of your question, yes and no. Multiple sources of extra damage will stack for attacks, but in the case of weapons attacking only the weapon doing the hitting is counted. If dual wielding and both weapons hit, then both weapons only apply 50% value. If you were to dual wield with only 1 weapon having the modifier, then only every other attack would get the extra damage. Spells are not affected in this way making weapons stat sticks. Furthermore, there are 2 types of damage modifiers like this: extra and converted.

If you have 30% physical as extra fire damage and do 100 husk all damage, then you deal 100 physical, 30 fire. All player (not enemy) physical damage modifiers will apply and then the 30% will be calculated. All fire damage modifiers will apply to the fire portion as well. Note that generic damage modifiers are only applied once.

If you have 30% physical converted to fire and would have dealt 100 physical, then you deal 70 physical, 30 fire. Damage bonuses apply the same as before. You can only convert up to 100%, but anything above 100 is averaged. If you were to have 30% converted to fire, 60% converted to cold, and 60% converted to lightning it would result in 20% fire, 40% cold, 40% lightning.

Except if one of those conversions is part of the skill your using, then that takes effect in full and the other conversions are scaled to fit what ever % part is left
