Sigil of Power & BL miner

With the recent spell showcase, would Sigil of Power be useful in a BL miner build since it gives out much more lightning damage?

Some cons would be mana issues & maybe no room for slotting it with support gems.

Yeah it hasn't been tested, and we don't have the numbers but standing still throwing mines would make sense there's some synergy in it right?

I do not know the state of mana management for miners nowadays, but since it grants you added lightning damage and scales with mana spent rather than mana costs, it would work with mines.

It seems that the only important support for it would be Second Wind, so you can just link it to Enduring Cry and Flame Dash or something. I doubt that using Empower or Enhance would be worth it.
