Account issue!

Hey there!
When I try to login at morning 27.08.20 i got a message - "Your account has been locked. Please contact the support". I send a letter to support team and receive an answer "Your message was forwarded onto the relevant team members ". After five!!! days of waiting I got an answer "Your account has been permanently banned for breaching of our Terms of Use". After this happened, I send two letters more, trying to explain I did nothing wrong to breach Terms of Use. Got 1 more message back - Ban is permanent and will not be reviewed further. This situation is very frustrating for me. I spend my money to purchase a lot of tabs, I spend a lot of my time to play POE, I did 40/40 last 3 leagues and was going to complete challenges in this league too. I did nothing against Terms of Use and as reward Your Team block my account and after all - permanent ban. If I did something wrong, at least I want to know any reason what can cause my ban? I swear I don't use any kind of illegal software. Only clear game client and original site. None of other programs or overlays, etc... Elso I have no idea what I did wrong to get banned permanently. Sounds like you got your answer. The review board did not overturn the ban. That is the end of it. No game will tell you why the ban occurred in order to prevent cheaters from learning how avoid getting caught. Are you playing with any macros on your keyboard/mouse? Anything with AHK? Any programs running in the background? Any RMT dealings? Any cross platform or cross realm trades? Did you gift large amounts to anyone?

Nothing of that! Just pure client, official site, mouse without any macros. No other programs. For sure I did nothing illegible.
BTW, first time account was locked! Not even banned. But after, when I got a reply from Investigation team, they message Me what My account has been permanently banned. I haven't any reason why! " I agree with HanSoloDK there. GGG has a policy against trading of that nature, and is incapable of distinguishing that from RMT. |

As i know POE players are allowed to have a multiple accounts. Also players are allowed to trade items, currencies, their stuff, etc. if it doesn't contradict ToS. But, in the same way not a word said about a chance to get banned if u trade between Your own accounts. If I wrong - please post a quote or link to the official source in this thread. All i found in ToS - "Perform in-game services during your use of the Website, Materials or Services for any form of compensation outside of PoE." https://www.pathofexile.com/legal/terms-of-use-and-privacy-policy Section 7. OK, GGG team is fighting against cheaters! Why they can't update ToS putting some words about trading restrictions, about risk to be banned and lost Your account. Trading interactions is a one of most important in this game. Isn't it? I even have nothing wrong, if I need to get the "prior written approval of Grinding Gear Games" for some my actions i going to do, such as trade XXX amount of currency or some valuable stuff to MY another account or any other action which may cause ban. I should know full list of actions which can be illegal, according to GGG policies, to avoid any unpleasant situations, which can be happened with Me during game process. In conclusion: I'm playing POE more than 3 years and to this day I could not even imagine My account can be banned for trading with my another account because this action can be equal to RMT action. But most insane thing in this situation - You can be banned anytime for some reason, but You will never get an answer why You has been banned and without any chance to appeal and without any proof of your guilt. P.S. I can sure You - if I knew about a chance to get banned for trade with my own account, I would to try to avoid this action, or at least inform about my intentions, if it's necessary for me. |

" but you have appealed it and they denied your appeal after looking at the evidence again, so the process have been followed 100%. |

You can trade with any account you please. You cannot just gift from account to account, especially large sums.

" Maybe you're right, and investigation process took a place. But! I didn't trade a lot for last few weeks. All my trading operations was fair, except currency transfer to my another account. I think They can easily check my words with simple request to their database or checking a log files, whatever. I did same things as I did for the last 3 years. Why i got ban just a 1 week ago, not before? BTW both accounts I played in POE have same IP's because they both launched at the one computer. It's very easy to check too. So now I have only one reason - Anti-cheat system blocked my account for trading actions between my accounts. GGG-team did investigation process and they desided my actions is against their ToS and have to be punished with perma ban. One moment pls, reason again - suspicious of RMT actions between two accounts owned by same player! As I think, if result of any My (or someone else) actions didn't any damage to GGG so I (or someone else) don't deserve to be punished with perma ban. It would be enough for Me to start with warning or any notice, for a first time, if I did something wrong, to avoid a same risk in future. But my thoughts is only my thoughts and GGG policies doesn't care about it. |
