Cant see icons,and invisible items,and black monsters

Hello. So I'm kinda new I played a little before all the new acts came out and thought be nice to give the game another try. So after installing and logging in I cant see the icons for buffs, the monsters are all black like the textures didn't load or something,and I cant see any items in my inventory. I was able to play the game fine years ago and I play games that have better graphics than this game like diablo 3 and such. Someone told me to put in this launch code --noasync to fix it,which it did but it caused my game to load extremely slow and lag to the point where it wasnt playable. So my question is,is there any other fix for this problem?

" the buffs are not shown anymore per default unless you select it in the options menu. Also the game no longer supports DX9 and your GFX doesn't properly support DX11 and that's why you have this problem, so you will need a better pc to play now. |

I used a different launch code to fix it so I'm able to play it again so no worries.
