Alt/Aug Weapon for T1 Spell Odds

Anyone have insight into this? On a scepter I'm currently at 7k attempts and still have not seen it once. I've seen mercilus and +1 spell once ea, and everything else low roll odds multiple times.

You can see the weighting on poedb. It's atrocious.
There's no powercreep here. Creep implies it's slow and could be overlooked, this is a full out sprint.

craft of exiles got it down as about 2200 per occurrence on average but its weighting is absolute garbage 7k is unlucky but not really that unlucky sadly :(

Did you check if it's ilv84?
The odds are 1 in 2300 alts + 600 augs. |

Should? You mean like you deserve it? I don't understand what you are using to justify "should". It's random. That means that someone is going to have bad luck. I guess you feel you "shouldn't" be that person.
