what are some of the most op builds for this league?

It’s pretty well rounded. PoE.ninja has Cyclone and Spectres as the top two. Combined they only reach 25%, and each has several build variants.

In terms of pure damage, it's hard to top maxed out Spectre build demonstrated by Ghazzy, which surpasses billion of shaper dps. Then there're full immunity builds using Supreme Ego. CoC Cospri and VD Spellslinger are super popular and strong. Also can go cluster jewel aura stacking with Scion.
I think the meta this league is much more balanced than most leagues. |

" The meta is more diverse than most leagues, yes. But balanced? That's more because 'everyone' has easy access to good enough gear to make everything work. Skills/classes themselves are still VERY unbalanced, and we still have a situation where some spells (combined with certain gear) require almost no damage investment on the tree, while other skills, mainly weapon scaling skills, requires a 50/50 distribution. Deterministic crafting does wonders to build diversity, though it has nothing to do with balanced skills/classes. Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

" Just gotta wait for their turn I guess. GGG does evidently try to shift the meta each league especially in recent times, but whether they succeed or not is another story. I would say when it comes to things like traps and mines, it's clear the former needs help, as well as things like ele attacks, with skills like most bow attacks and projectile attacks like Spectral Throw falling behind. Some bow builds out there that are really insane strong, and they are not even stacking DEX. Not even a single cluster jewel. Just good old projectile count, frenzy charges, crit chance and crit multi.

Crit multi on passive tree, Facebreakers and Abyssus are nerfed every season but these things are still allowed to exist.
