Weird Encounter

i had a strange encounter today when i opened a timeless. while doing this unid corrupted map. there was timeless which i noticed , i opened the timeless and to my surprise , i noticed that a breach stone had opened somewhere else and as well and simulacrum monsters coming out of it too and im still not sure what that was.

if it was some sort combination of timeless , breach and simulacrum.

either way strange but interesting. if anyone has any idea of what it could be , comment down below. unless i'm missing something , this is the first time ive seen this happen.

Delirium interacts with certain other league mechanics and is more likely to appear in maps that have these mechanics in them. If you encountered this content unintentionally, my conclusion would be that you walked through a Delirium mirror and a Breach hand during the clusterf**k of the Legion encounter, because unlike the Legion encounter, they do not require you to click on them to activate them.
