This build is Maligaro's Virtuosity core item. Why do you take crit multi on tree, especialy Throatseeker. That's like 3 points down the drain. Anoher two empty points with crit multi in Doomcast cluster. Pain Attunement, you are not LL, another 2 empty passives. Controlled Destruction on your CoC link, are you serious? You do not even have enough attackspeed on your cyclone to reliably trigger two spells since you need 12APS with 0% CRS, 15APS with 14%CRS, 20APS with 52%CRS, your APS is 8. Nor enough critical chance on your Cyclone to reliably trigger anything since it's 60% to 80% with diamond flask up. I need to understand one thing. Are you a troll or something? Hello, I read your critiques and tried to improve the build, there were some really nonsense things in the passive tree.
