Can no longer interact in sacred grove that was opened from map if I went into grove via WP

Hi,
I found this extreme frustrating. I opened a high-IIQ map to do my harvesting. So I cleared the map, opened the seeds, went into the grove, and harvested a nice field of T3+T4. Next I went back to the map, and then back to my hideout to access the stash. Then I forgot to use the portals and went into the grove directly from my hideout with the waypoint.
I walked up to my collector and it showed a greyed-out harvesting icon, rather than the craft icon. I remembered that I had to go in via the map, so using the waypoint I went back to my hideout, then back into my map, and back into the grove that way. Now I could no longer interact with anything in the grove. Ctrl+Click doesn't work when accessing the grove via the map, or at least it didn't when I last tried, I haven't tried this time. Accessing the grove with ctrl+click with the waypoint did not "bring back" my crafts.
So I lost >100k lifeforce (by far my biggest harvest so far) and a bunch of crafts. Great :(
I hope the detailed description will at least enable fixing the issue. One solution would be to enable the instance selection dialogue for the grove on the waypoint or in the map. Alternatively going into the grove via the waypoint could just bring you back into the map-opened grove (unless using ctrl+click, of course).
