How quality +30% ?

" Before crafting, You can use perfect fossils. But do not do this now, as it rerolls all stats! That way, You can make the quality up to 30%. After crafting, You have two options. One, with Jun's missions, Hillock (level 3) in Transportation can upgrade it to 28%, without rerolling (level 1 24%, level 2 26%). Or, with the beastcrafting, to corrupt an item to 30% quality, which is totally safe, it is a guaranteed no-reroll only 30% quality upgrade corruption. The only downside is, it becomes coorrupted, so no more regular changes on that item anymore. All-time non-streamer luckless dropless rewardless tons-of-time-playing non-TFT-er 100% solo player. So, it just turns out, we were lied to for years with the promises of a two-storied one PoE 4.0. All these worse and worse beta leagues, all these braindead changes, all lead to this. Also, don't forget about regular benchcrafting. Unveiling mods will give you hybrid modifiers that also enhance an item's quality. This way, you can use Perfect Fossil/Beastcrafting/Hillockrafing to increase your natural quality to maximum, and have that benchcraft to reach even 48% quality on an item. Of course, if you do this with Benchcrafting you must first go with benchcraft then beastcraft

"Rerolling means what a chaos orb does. Rolls the item again. Hillock means run a syndicate safehouse with Hillock at rank 3. I don’t remember if it’s transportation or fortess house where he pits quality on weapons, so look that up.
