1-would iron will and iron grip stack with ball lightning?

TL;DR:
1) Only Iron Will will boost Ball Lightning's Damage. Iron Grip does not apply 2) Iron Will, since Iron Grip does not apply 3) None. Iron Grip does not apply to Ball Lightning 4) Iron Will will boost the general damage from Ball lightning. You can consider Iron Will's bonus as the equivalent of a "+1% Increased Spell Damage per 5 Strenght"

The increase to Physical Damage from Strength applies to Projectile Attacks as well as Melee Attacks Iron Will Strength's damage bonus applies to Spell Damage as well for Supported Skills Ball Lightning is a Spell skill that deals Lightning Damage in an area around it every 0.15 seconds. Despite the "AoE" tag and the logic of damage, Ball Lightning's damage IS NOT an Area Damage (area-related supports will only apply increase and reduction on Area of Effect). Rather, it scales with both Projectile Damage and Spell Damage Iron Grip increases only Projectile Attack damage. Ball lightning deals Projectile Spell Damage, so it won't work. Iron Grip Support would increase Projectile Damage (since it's generic), but it won't since it clearly states that it supports Projectile Attack Skills, which Ball Lightning isn't NOTE: When using The Iron Fortress/The Iron Heart unique, Strenght's damage bonus is changed from "+1% Increased Physical Melee Damage per 5 Strenght" to "+3% Increased Physical Melee Damage per 10 Strenght". This also applies to Iron Grip and Iron Will, which will turn respectively into "+3% Increased Projectile Attack Damage per 10 Strenght" and "+3% Increased Spell Damage per 10 Strenght" Last edited by Maxtrux#0762 on Jul 30, 2020, 8:37:47 AM
