Min Maxing ?

So i have tried to think how to min maxed my TS chieftain, but not sure wich way to go, someone could help me with my build please ?

Maybe i can get rid of elemental overload and find better gem to put on my chest ? Maybe i don't need kaom's way anymore et 7 endu charge will be enough ? What do you think ?
