Horticrafting applied "Reforge" instead of "Augment" and completely ruined my shield

Dear GGG Team,
I was on the way to add some chaos resistance to my shield with T1 spell damage, +1 to fire gems, life on block and so on. I still had a free suffix on it. After I applied "Augment an item with a new chaos modifier" craft, it seems that game mechanic took another craft, "REFORGE" unstead of "Augment" and I lost tons of exalts and hours of crafting. " Am I writing somewhere about refunds? I just told I lost hours of time and some currency due to that bug. Try to catch T1 spell dmg on a shield first, then come back and we'll continue our discussion.
