Lag spikes on Xbox one making game unplayable

Hi,

Recently the game has become essentially unplayable due to lag spikes every several seconds causing the game to freeze for 3-5 seconds. Usually after this I appear to have teleported to a different part of the screen, and usually ends with my character dying during the freeze. I have not had this cyclical lag spike problem before, but it is not happening with any other internet based programs or services I have thus I believe it is PoE specific. I've seen posts about it on the board (apologize if that makes this a repost) but all the posts I've been don't appear to have an answer from technical support. I have a clip I can provide to demonstrate what I'm experiencing (I don't see a video upload option here, if I'm missing it let me know and I can add it or send it some other way). I don't want to keep "reposting" or harping on an issue if its known, but I was really looking forward to this season and enjoy the character build I have thus far but if it remains like this its unfortunately not playable. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated (even if its just a heads up that you're aware of the problem and working on it if thats the case).

Just saw some of the info you guys like us to generally include so figured I would add what I can

1. Platform: Xbox one
2. Its happening essentially nonstop for the past couple of weeks, most recent was right before I posted the initial post tonight
3. US East
4. 90% of the time its just a lag with complete screen freeze for 3-5 seconds, but rarely it will boot me back to the load in screen right before you select your character
5. I have a clip on my laptop I can upload, I just don't see the button to do it currently, if you tell me where it is I can add it (I have it on my OneDrive, I'm just not super familiar with how to share those directly to you, if you let me know I can do it that way)
6. Xbox one gamertag is FullBlownEbola
7. Wired internet connection
8. I'll try and get the WinMTR stuff for you, wasn't familiar with this before.

Just a general thing I notice, I use FlameDash quite frequently for movement on my character, I see certain movement skills are causing Desync, not sure if this would explain it or not or if flamedash is one of the skills in question.

40 ms in pubg -> poe xbox california server nearly unplayable. lvl 95 in hc somehow almost dying to lag spikes every day and running mas 2x or 3x slower than I should be. California servers are horrible, tried swappin to texas and it was even worse. GGG whats going on?
