Incursion mods that grant resistances can no longer be changed to another resistance type.

NOW it does not work.

I read all the last 3 patch notes very carefully through and I could not find anything that addressed this directly. I assume this crafting method died as a collateral due to some other fix.

And that is why I am reporting a bug.


when were you last able to do this, this was likely fixed in the hotfix on July 12th hotfix that fixed the bug letting people make the 170 res belts.

This is what I'm suspecting as well. However, note that it says "maximum resistance", not "resistance." If this affected incursion mod manipulation it wasn't intentional. When I read this I thought of the mod on crusader helmets that grants +(1-2)% to maximum lightning resistance Similar tier modifiers that grant maximum cold resistance or maximum fire resistance don't exist on crusader helmets. Maybe that's what this text means.
