Watcher's eye

Watchers Eye is not working.
  I am using haste and still gets debuffed with temporal chains (slowed), when I am using an watcher's eye, that states i should not (be slowed) when i am using haste. unaffected means that the debuff will still be on you but it will have no effect. This has been confirmed by GGG several times.

Your
You get unaffected by TC if you are affected by Haste, not just when you allocate mana with it. You get the buff if another player Hastes you, or if you Haste yourself. But Generosity, or any other effect that does not make an Aura affect you, would make you unaffected by Haste, thus affected by TC. |
