Plume of pursuit snapshot bug with Blade Vortex

With blade vortex, plume of pursit, and spell echo,

it seems like I do not see regular damage crit hits.

All my damage seems to be having 80% less damage.

I would guess it is having same bug with unleash previously where the damage was snapshotting off the first cast.

So, since first cast has 80% less damage, the subsequent 2nd cast from spell echo (which should be 100% crit chance with non-less damage) is not getting added to 2nd cast.

So I am just getting overall 80% less damage without getting the benefits of the plume of pursuit.

Can you please investigate in this issue?

BV has special interactions with repeats, taking the conditions of the first cast as its basis, such as with unleash, it would ignore the damage reduction, in this case the fist cast has 80% less damage.

BV also rolls crit on every hit, not cast per cast, but the because of the plume, you just can't crit, as "CANNOT" conditions will always override "CAN"
