Influenced Tier 14 too low to progress conqueror?

I guess You are alerady on 4 watchstones there, then Thicket is T16 (T14 with only 3 watchstones).
All-time non-streamer luckless dropless rewardless tons-of-time-playing non-TFT-er 100% solo player.
So, it just turns out, we were lied to for years with the promises of a two-storied one PoE 4.0. All these worse and worse beta leagues, all these braindead changes, all lead to this. |

Yes I have awakener 8. But the point is that, completing the map didn't advance the conqueror count even though the area is influenced by a conqueror.

Ok, so you need to have the map at the tier of 4 watchstone for it to count gotcha. |
